Great products and very responsive and helpful support. I got a Zero a few years ago and have been carrying it everyday and it's an incredibly handy little tool. My daughter and son both have seen me with mine, and we recently added Zeros to the family for them. Now it seems that my wife wants one too! On the occasion that I needed some support, theRiervy team helped me out and even stayed a little late to get my package into the mail asap. It's great to deal with companies that care.

This parts kit was a lifesaver when the tiny spring that goes into the lock pivot piece teleported into another dimension when reassembling. Now that we have three Zeros in the house, it's definitely handy to have a few extra parts!

Absolute gorgious and practical

The day it arrived, it became an important part of my every day carry. It's for those certain nasty tasks I'd rather not subject my Benchmade to. I don't leave home without it. In fact, it doesn't often leave my hand. This is my second one and when the"Zero G" drops, I plan to purchase [at least] one of those, as well. A perfect nod to the quality and care of American mfg. 6 out of 5 stars.

Ive had my zero 30 mins and i cant quit sliding it lol. The feel of this thing is super nice. Swapping blades is easy if you pay attention to instructions. Already thinking about the next one to order!
