Super satisfying action on this little cutter. I have found that the top-panel retraction "slowed down" (sticks?) a little bit after the initial lubrication moved, but it's still a great little box-cutter that has become my favorite (amongst many options).

I work in shipping and receiving. I use this around the warehouse. It's not a lot of heavy cardboard cutting but I do open a lot of boxes and breakdown those boxes. It's nice to have something American made in my pocket that's reliable

This is my third zero - I absolutely love these and the craftsmanship is next to none. I dont know what the blem was on this one but I did drop it right out of the box...grabbed the plastic slip and forgot its not closed and it slipped out the other end. Definitely blem now but thats on me. Dropped it from 4 feet and it took the fall like a champ and still functions amazingly.
