Refund policy
At Rivery Manufacturing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery on all unused and unopened products. We do not offer a Try & Buy program, any knife used prior to return will incur a 10% Restocking Fee. All Warranty claims and returns can be initiated via our contact portal. Please fill out the page with information regarding your request and prepare by purchasing a return label. If the knife was in anyway defective out of the box or the order was incomplete or incorrect due to a mistake on our end your return label is covered by our warranty.
Conditions for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our workmanship may not be eligible for a refund or will incur a restocking fee based upon the items condition.
Any Lost or Destroyed package can be claimed & refunded with our claims service. Contact us through our portal & we will get the refund process started. All domestic mail claims are processed in 20 days, and international mail claims are processed in 40. In the case your claimed package arrives after a refund is issued you will be responsible for claim re-payment or a return.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact portal with your order number and details. We will respond as soon as possible with instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At this point we will determine your refund amount and process it as soon as possible.
When approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment in 1-3 business days. There is a Non-Refundable transaction fee applied to all refunds.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item, please contact us via our contact portal. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your return.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable. Any item not returned under our manufacturing warranty will require a shipping label purchased by the customer. Any knife found to be defective out of box will be covered under our manufacturer warranty.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. The item is covered under our Manufacturer warranty
