Domestic Shipping and Returns

Rivery MFG offers domestic shipping at the cost of shipping. Any orders placed that trigger our per order threshold for shipping will be upgraded to free shipping. Dealer orders do not trigger free shipping due to the cost of packing and shipping. Any return deemed to be due to a workmanship or quality defect is free for 7 days after receiving the product. This product can be returned for a refund or replaced once we receive it. The item must be returned in its original product packaging. Any fraudulent returns deemed to be in perfect working condition will incur the cost of the label and a restocking fee.

International Shipping & Returns

International Shipping Policy

Rivery MFG. does not accept international returns or exchanges. All international shipments are thoroughly inspected and triple-checked before leaving our manufacturing facility in Tennessee.

Please note that once a package has been shipped, Rivery MFG. has no control over customs authorities or courier services. Delays, import restrictions, duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit. However, if a package is returned to us due to:

  • Import restrictions
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Delivery refusal

only the value of the item will be refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable, as the service has already been rendered.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Their country allows the import of the purchased items
  • All shipping information is accurate and complete
  • Addresses are provided in English characters only

Please note that selecting lower-cost shipping options may increase the risk of delays or delivery issues. By choosing such options, the customer accepts this risk.

Import Duties

All international shipments are shipped from our shop via USPS international mail services. Every package will be considered DDU or Delivery Duties Unpaid. You will have to pay an import duty tax based on your local region to receive our shipments. By purchasing from our website you agree to these terms.
