Over the past weeks, we’ve received multiple reports of copycat versions of the Zero Knife appearing across various platforms. We want to address this clearly, honestly, and without unnecessary noise.
The Zero Knife is a patent-pending design. As with most intellectual property protections, approval takes time. Until that process is finalized, our legal options are limited. While cease-and-desist notices can be issued, they come with considerable legal costs, and platforms are not always obligated to act on pending patents.
Despite these constraints, we’ve already escalated the matter to our law group and are formally tracking all known infringements.
Once our patents are approved, we will be able to hold counterfeit manufacturers, American-based vendors, and platforms carrying these products financially responsible. At that point, enforcement becomes far more direct.

At this time, the only officially licensed collaborations are with E&K and Pete’s Pirate Life. Any other versions currently on the market are not affiliated with us.
How You Can Help (If You Want To)
We don’t expect our supporters to confront copycats or act as enforcers. However, simple awareness makes a difference. Letting people in your circles know that the original, patent-pending Zero Knife is already being sold by its creator helps reduce confusion and limits the success of knockoffs.
As a small manufacturer, our reach is naturally limited, but we’re actively expanding our marketing, visibility, and education efforts every day.

We do not offer warranty coverage for counterfeit or illegitimate products. Any knockoff items sent to us will be discarded, and we reserve the right to refuse return shipping. Such items are sent at the customer’s own financial risk.
